When I first came to Ross, I’d barely stepped foot in a gym before, wasn’t happy with how I looked, and had no idea how to start working out. Over our sessions, Ross not only guided me through brilliant, bespoke workouts, but also set me up with everything I needed to know about getting fitter, which has massively improved my confidence at gyms ever since and encouraged me to try new things. Ross has a TON of knowledge about working out, has seemingly acquired every possible piece of equipment out there to help make it happen — and in a great gym environment — so I highly recommend anyone for a PT session with him, no matter your fitness goal.

I initially went to Ross after becoming frustrated with the gym. This was primarily due to known injury problem preventing me from progressing. Every time I would train it would take weeks to recover and I felt I was doing more damage than good. Ross spent time understanding the injury and identifying exercises I could do without aggravating the problem. The expertise and guidance he's provided through my strength training sessions have been fantastic, always providing suggestions on better form and getting the most from each exercise. His consistent updates and redesigning of sessions keep me progressing consistently whilst ensuring the exercises I’m doing don’t aggravate old injury problems. I would (have) highly recommend Ross to anyone looking for a PT or looking to get involved in group sessions.
